We wrapped a truck for tradie mental health — and put the number every blue-collar worker should have in their phone right on the side of it.

It started with the people who make this industry tick.
We’re a blue-collar business serving a blue-collar industry. Our team, our drivers, our trade customers — practical, hardworking people who tend to get on with the job and not make a fuss. Over the years it’s become impossible to ignore how many of them are quietly carrying things they never talk about.
It’s why we put an Employee Assistance Program in place for our team. But support nobody knows about, or nobody feels they’re allowed to use, doesn’t do much. Wrapping a truck is our way of saying it out loud, where everyone can see it: it’s OK to not be OK, and reaching out is a strength, not a weakness.
If this truck gets one mate to send one text, it’s done its job.
It’s OK to not be OK.
TIACS is free, confidential counselling for tradies, truckies, farmers and blue-collar workers — and the people who love them. No cost. No referral. Real counsellors, and up to eight sessions with the same person, so you’re not starting over every time.

Two tradies, one loud idea.
The loud workwear
TradeMutt is a social-impact workwear brand started by two former tradies, Dan and Ed, after Dan lost a close mate to suicide. The idea was simple and a bit cheeky: make work gear so loud people can’t help but ask about it — and use that to get blokes talking about mental health. Every shirt carries the same four words on the back: This Is A Conversation Starter.

Starting the conversation is one thing — continuing it is another. That’s where TIACS comes in: a free, confidential counselling service funded by TradeMutt, which donates half its profits to keep it running. Call or text a real counsellor. No cost, and no referral hoops to jump through.
Visit TIACS →Here’s how you can help.
Save the number.Put 0488 846 988 in your phone now. Even if you never need it, one day a mate might.
Check on your crew.“You good?” is a small question that does a lot of work.
Snap the truck.Spot it on the road? Tag us, @trademutt and @tiacs.org, and help spread the word.
Run a business? You don’t need a truck — back TIACS and make sure your team knows where to turn.

So start one.
If you or someone on your crew could use a yarn, that’s the number. Call or text — whatever’s easier.
