Our popular Spring Bulka Bag Delivery offer is back for 2026, and this year’s Fairway Pro-MAXX formula has received a serious upgrade.

Groturf will be carefully measured and mixed throughout every batch of Fairway Pro-MAXX. This allows you to top dress, feed and condition your soil in the same application, without needing to apply a separate granular fertiliser.

Fairway Pro-MAXX is a new generation lawn top-dressing mix developed for lawn owners looking to improve surface levels, turf performance and long-term soil condition.

Each small batch combines a high-quality root-zone sand with:

• LawnPride Groturf 15-4-11 plus trace elements
• Zeolite-based granular surfactant
• Humic acid
• Micronised gypsum
• Highly soluble kelp powder made from Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed
• Beneficial Bacillus subtilis microbial supplement

Each inclusion is accurately measured for an application of up to 10 mm, giving your lawn a complete renovation treatment in one pass.

Recommended Application

Fairway Pro-MAXX is best used as part of an annual lawn renovation.

Apply it as a top dress and backfill after coring or aeration. This allows the sand and supporting ingredients to work into the soil surface and aeration holes.

The sand component is suitable for root-zone applications and is based around USGA specifications.

BULKA BAG DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our bulka bag delivery service is designed to make receiving your landscaping products as simple and efficient as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

• What’s Included: The price displayed includes 1 Tonne of your selected product, securely packaged in a bulka bag, delivered to the Metro Brisbane and Ipswich. Simply select the total tonnage required and we will package it up and deliver it to you.
• Delivery Method: We operate a milk-run style service, meaning your order will be delivered on the selected day along with others in your area.
• Placement: Your bulka bag will be placed on your driveway or another suitable area using a crane or a mounted forklift.
• Access Requirements: The delivery vehicle will park on the road adjacent to your property. Due to the size of the vehicle, it typically cannot enter residential properties.
• Special Instructions:
  • If a crane or mounted forklift is specifically required, please specify this in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
  • Mounted Forklift: Requires access similar to a large 4×4 vehicle.
  • Crane: Can lift and place bulka bags over fences or obstacles, up to a maximum distance of 10 metres from the parked truck.
