1. Promoter

The promoter is Centenary Landscaping Supplies Pty Ltd.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 12:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time on 1 January 2026 until 11:59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on 31 March 2026

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Trade and commercial customers are excluded from this promotion.

Only retail customers are eligible.

4. Qualifying Purchases

Only purchases of Straight Curve garden edging products made from Centenary Landscaping Supplies during the promotion period are eligible.

Each qualifying purchase must have a total value of more than two hundred dollars including GST to be eligible for entry.

Multiple qualifying purchases by the same individual during the promotion period are permitted and will be aggregated in accordance with these terms.

5. How to Enter

Entry is automatic with purchase.

Each qualifying purchase over two hundred dollars equals one entry into the draw.

No separate entry form is required.

Entries are linked to the customer details provided at the time of purchase.

6. Prize

The prize is a refund of the total value of all qualifying Straight Curve garden edging purchases made by the winner during the promotion period.

The maximum prize value is limited to the total value of the winner’s qualifying purchases.

The prize will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Store credit is valid for twenty four months from the date of issue.

No extensions will be granted.

7. Draw Details

One winner will be drawn on the last day of each month during the promotion period.

Draw dates are 31 January 2026, 28 February 2026, and 31 March 2026.

All draws will be conducted at the promoter’s premises.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant period.

8. One Win Rule

Each entrant may win only once during the promotion period.

Once an entrant has won a prize, all remaining entries associated with that entrant will be deemed invalid for future draws.

9. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

10. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact the winner, the promoter may conduct a redraw at its discretion.

11. Verification

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the Centenary Landscaping Supplies website.

Information will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and may be used for marketing communications where consent has been provided.

14. General

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
