The PCD Smooth Concrete Sleeper range combines structural reliability with a clean, modern finish. Designed for use in retaining walls, these sleepers are manufactured from 40MPa high-strength concrete and reinforced with either 2 or 3 N12 steel bars for maximum stability and load performance.

Each sleeper is 200mm high x 75mm thick and available in three standard lengths:

• 1.6m (60kg)
• 2.0m (70kg)
• 2.4m (80kg)

Choose from two timeless colours — Plain Grey or Charcoal — to match modern or traditional garden designs.

Backed by independent structural certification from STA Consulting Engineers, PCD sleepers comply with AS1170, AS3600, and AS4678 design standards. They’re suitable for residential and commercial retaining walls up to 3.2m high, depending on design and site conditions.
