Concentrated Soluble Seaweed Formula

How To Use

For best accuracy, use a digital scale to measure grams. Spoons may be used for approximate quantities.

Making a Concentrate Liquid

Dissolve 80g (approx. 4.5 level tablespoons) of crystals in 1L of water to make a liquid concentrate which you will need to be diluted before application as recommended below.

• Watering Can Application
  • Mix 10g in 10L water (≈ 1 heaped teaspoon = about 1g/L).
  • Apply to soil or foliage every 1–2 weeks.
  • For lawns and trees, increase to 20g/10L.
• Calibrated Sprayer (2L) for Foliar Spray
  • Add 160 g of crystals (9 heaped tablespoons to the 2L of water in spray bottle and shake well to dissolve. This is a concentrate liquid.
  • Set spray ratio to:
    • A = 1:100 for garden plants (¼ tank covers approx. 500 m²)
    • B = 1:50 for lawns covers some 1,000m² of lawn
  • Spray liberally over foliage or lawn area.
• 2L Hose-End Spray Bottle (Black Spray Nozzle)
  Re-use an empty 2L hose-end spray bottle which you have previously purchased from the UltraGrow range at CLS
  
  • Prepare the liquid concentrate by adding 80g crystals into 1L of water in a jug or bucket.
  • Pour 700–800 ml of this concentrate liquid into the 2L spray bottle and fill the remainder with water.
  • Connect to hose and spray liberally over plants and lawn. Covers approximately 250 m².
• Backpack Sprayer Application
  • Use 1g/L of water for general plant use.
  • Use 2g/L of water for lawns.
  • Spray evenly and generously for best results.

Farm & Commercial Use

• Apply 1–2kg/ha via boom spray or fertigation in 200–400 L water.
• Repeat every 2–4 weeks throughout the growing season.
• For fertigation tanks: use 100–200g per 100L water.

Important Advice

• Keep out of reach of children.
• If overspray lands on walls or paths, wash off before it dries.
• For best results, apply weekly or fortnightly alongside other bio liquids and fertilisers as part of a complete feeding program.
