Reconstituted Coir Pith

Coir is a peat-like substance made from the pith found between the coconut fibers. The coir pith gets washed, heat treated, sieved, to remove large particles and graded. Use Coir in the garden to improve the air porosity of soils, even when wet, and aid in moisture retention or as a premium garden mulch. Coir absorbs 30% more water than peat and is much easier to re-wet, when dry.
