Dark Green Lawns

Transforms all lawn types with this high-grade liquid Iron (Fe). Iron Life produces a rich dark green lawn within 24 hours without the stench of sulphur or the excessive leaf growth from Nitrogen rich alternatives. Iron is important for chlorophyll production while generating a darker green leaf.

It’s also a remedy for iron deficiency seen when plant and lawn leaves turn yellow.

Instructions for use:

  • Shake well before diluting.
  • Use within 48 hours of mixing.
  • Apply during cooler hours of the day – before 10am or after 3pm and when the temp is below 30°C
  • Store in a cool location.
  • Minimum dilution rate: 1:50 = 1ml to 50ml of water.
  • Application rate: 150-400ml/100m2.
  • Water-in 3-4 hours after application.
  • Apply monthly or when feeding is required.

NOTE: Wait a day post-application before mowing.

Calibrated 2L Sprayer Instructions:

  • Fill with concentrate to the desired level (no need to fill completely).
  • Set calibration to A 1:100 for general applications or B 1:50 for your lawn.
  • Spray liberally over lawns.

Watering Can (9L Capacity) Instructions:

  • Add 100ml of concentrate and fill the remainder with water.
  • Apply liberally over the soil and leaf surface.
  • Covers approx. 5-5m2 of garden or lawn.

Pressurised Sprayer Instructions:

  • Highly recommended method of application for best results. Instructions are based on this particular 10L pressure sprayer.
  • Dilute concentrate at the rate of 15 – 40ml per litre of water for lawns.
  • Covers approx. 200m2.

WARNING: Iron can stain paths, concrete, paving, clothes and skin, so always wear old clothes, wash hands after use and be careful when applying near concrete and paths etc. Wash off immediately. Keep away from water sources such as ponds, pools etc.

Iron deficiency in plants and lawns can be an indication of high pH or alkaline soil. If yellowing persists or returns rapidly after treatment, soil pH should be checked and adjusted if necessary.
