We all know the best-laid plans can sometimes come unstuck, so if you need a load and you have left it to the last minute, give us a call! The sales and dispatch team will do their utmost to accommodate your delivery needs!

Our business is legendary for delivering what you want and on time. That’s our delivery service promise to you! However, if you have a project where you’ll be paying “tradies”, a ‘bobcat’ operator or your adult kids, then please order a day or two in advance so we can be sure to be there with your landscape supplies on time, when you need them, and ensure our delivery service promise.

This way you don’t waste money on downtime or arguments with the kids! Our dispatch team and drivers are legendary at delivering on that promise! On those rare occasions when we are running late or even early, we will give you a call so you are kept informed.

Delivery Lead Times

Our delivery turn-around for bulk material is same day on-site with roughly a 5 to 6-hour timeframe. This can change dramatically depending on the day of the week, the season and the weather so we recommend allowing as much time as possible between placing your order and when you actually need it, 48-hours is best. This will allow for most if not all products on our website to be available and ready for delivery.

Many blocks and pavers are stocked at our yard in Darra but may also be  fulfilled for delivery directly from the warehouse. This will usually occur within 48-hours, with only some exceptions. Boutique paving manufacturers may require 7-10 days to prepare your goods and occasionally are manufactured to order. This is a great concept for you, the consumer as you are guaranteed a high-quality product manufactured specifically for your requirements.

During the transaction, our team will keep you informed of all expected delivery time-frames so you can make the most efficient purchasing and delivery decisions.

Pavers – Boutique manufacturers such as Edenstone
24-48 Hours up to 10 business days. For more mainstream lines and colours such as Charcoal or Cream 400x400mm pavers, stock is usually kept on hand and can usually be delivered within 24 Hours. All other products may be made to order and take up to 10 business days. Please confirm at the time of ordering. Your request for a specific time will be noted and taken into consideration when truck scheduling occurs. Due to the nature of ‘milk-run’ type deliveries the best we can offer is a delivery window on the day of delivery.
Retaining Wall Blocks – Adbri Masonry
24-48 Hours. If you place your order before 12:00PM you can usually expect to take delivery the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM will take place the following. Your request for a specific time will be noted and taken into consideration when truck scheduling occurs. Due to the nature of ‘milk-run’ type deliveries the best we can offer is a delivery window on the day of delivery.
Retaining Wall Blocks – Austral/GB Masonry
48 Hours. If you place your order before 12:00PM you can usually expect to take delivery in 2 business days. Your request for a specific time will be noted and taken into consideration when truck scheduling occurs. Due to the nature of ‘milk-run’ type deliveries the best we can offer is a delivery window on the day of delivery.
Timber Products
All stocked timber products can be delivered on Centenary Tip trucks in 5-6 Business Hours. If you place your order at 8:00AM you can expect to take your delivery by around 2:00PM on the same day if required. Please note, some flexibility is required. Your request for a specific time will be noted and taken into consideration when truck scheduling occurs. Due to the nature of ‘milk-run’ type deliveries the best we can offer is a delivery window on the day of delivery.
Turf
24-48 Hours. If you place your order before 12:00PM you can usually expect to take delivery the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM will take place the following. Your request for a specific time will be noted and taken into consideration when truck scheduling occurs. Due to the nature of ‘milk-run’ type deliveries the best we can offer is a delivery window on the day of delivery. You will generally receive a SMS message from the farm the afternoon prior to confirm your delivery time frame.

*Please note: Forklift truck delivery services only operate Monday-Friday with the exception of Turf which has extended delivery times through Saturday. Bulk materials including Soil, Mulch, Sand and Gravel occurring on a Centenary Tipper are available for delivery 7-days a week.

FAQ

If you have an order consisting of multiple different items, require it on multiple delivery dates, specific truck requirements and so on we recommend you give us a call or drop into our yard at Darra to place your order. Sometimes it’s just better to sit down with a staff member and talk out the logistics of your deliveries.

Our Sales Team are the best in the industry and are available to take your call or sit down in store to work through your requirements and help with the logistics of delivering all your goods. The internet is a great tool, but nothing compares to the face to face contact when making big spending decisions. Give us a call or drop by, you’ll be delighted!

If your delivery is required urgently give us a call on 3373 4999 to book in your load. Talking directly to the sales team will allow you to fully portray the urgency of your delivery and we may be able to “squeeze you in” at short notice.

As a rule we will always endeavour to deliver by the most cost efficient means for both you and us. What this means is that if you order multiple bulk materials and a few other bits and bobs, we will do our best to load everything onto the one truck to save delivery costs and time.

Bulk materials, hardware, most timber products and small quantities of pavers, blocks and turf can all be delivered on one of our trusty tippers accompanied by a friendly Centenary Landscaping Driver. Larger orders of blocks, pavers and turf will be delivered by a subcontracted flatbed truck direct from the factory.

Our bulk deliveries are charged on a per truck basis with different prices set for each suburb around SEQ. Paver, Block and flatbed deliveries can vary. Some suppliers may charge by the metre, others by the pallet and some by weight making the delivery fee process a complicated beast! We will do our best to make sure you are not paying unnecessary delivery charges whether shopping in-store or online. The team will generally present you with a total delivery fee for all products delivered to your home.

When shopping online, bulk materials delivered via our Centenary Landscaping tip trucks may be quoted different to an in-store quotation. Online orders attract slightly lower bulk delivery charges due to a more streamlined business model.

In short, yes! Many of our bulk materials are available for collection from our yard in Darra 7 days a week. During the checkout process you will be able to nominate “Pick Up” as your desired delivery method and then you just need to print out your confirmation and present it at Centenary Landscaping Supplies.

Sometimes you will notice that there is a charge for collection. This is due to the product being “Special Order” and there is a delivery fee to bring it to our yard or yours. So in those cases it is often best to have your order delivered direct to save the hassle.

After you’ve placed your order online the sales team will begin processing and picking all the required products and booking trucks. You will receive an instant notification of your payment and if required a team member will be in contact with you to confirm a few of the details.

During checkout you will be prompted to nominate a preferred delivery time and date. While we endeavour to meet those requirement as best we can, sometimes it is not logistically possible.
